Production Director - Injection Moulded Packaging

With financial responsibility, as the senior manager on site you will lead a multi-skilled, continuous shift-based workforce, and manage and develop all operational activity from raw material receipt to finished product distribution — covering production, engineering, technical, warehousing and dispatch operations. Continuous improvement, highest standards of service and quality for a discerning customer base, close attention to costs, and capital expenditure will all feature.

It´s a fast paced role, requiring a graduate calibre injection moulding professional, with tangible and quantifiable factory management experience in injection moulded packaging. Leadership, financial awareness, an eye for cost improvement, empathy and strong communication skills, and good organisational abilities are all important attributes.
