As an integral member of the senior team you will lead a management team supporting a multi-skilled, shift-based workforce, in delivering and developing all operational activities including production and services, engineering, warehousing and dispatch operations. Continuous improvement, highest standards of service and quality for a discerning customer base, close attention to costs, and capital expenditure will all feature in your remit.

Evidence based success in manufacturing operations management in a fast moving, high volume business serving a sizeable number of highly sophisticated customers is an essential prelude to this appointment. Nurtured on lean manufacturing and trained in best practice, with qualifications in support, you will bring abundant people skills, evident strengths in communications and a love of enlightened leadership.
