Adrian Davies
Adrian joined the BK Cornerstone team having spent the previous eight years with another leading national search and selection consultancy.
After graduating from the University of Sheffield, he started his career with Touche Ross in Manchester and Leeds, where he qualified as a chartered accountant and where he latterly specialised in insolvency and corporate finance.
He then joined the industrial conglomerate, Heywood Williams Group plc, working in the group headquarters before moving on to hold a number of senior executive positions as Financial Director and Commercial Director with some of the group´s major operating subsidiaries.
In his last position before moving into executive search, Adrian spent four years in the semi-public sector as Director of Finance and Strategic Planning.
Adrian specialises in retained executive search and selection assignments, ranging from management positions with basic salaries from £50k through to Director and Managing Director positions up to £150k.
Originally from Wales, Adrian has lived in the North for over 25 years. He is married and has two teenagers with expensive tastes, but doesn´t allow this to impinge on his annual purchase of a Huddersfield Town season ticket.
Adrian´s recent assignments include:
- Two HR Business Partners for a client in the professional services sector.
- Finance Director — Joint Venture, for an outsourced services client.
- Group Procurement Director, for a maintenance services organisation.
- Engineering Director for the UK subsidiary of a global aerospace business.
- Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications for a sports governing body.
- Director of Learning and Development for a professional services client.
