Justin Mills
Justin has a wide ranging recruitment background starting with an early career spent managing the IT recruitment needs of major brands and high technology accounts such as Energis (Cable and Wireless) as a Master Vendor, HBOS, Cap Gemini and the Post Office. Often working to extremely short client deadlines and at times in cutting edge sectors with little prior experience he developed a pragmatic and results driven approach to recruitment.
Wanting further personal development and looking to add more value than the agency model offered, Justin underwent professional study with the CIPD and the British Institute of Psychology. A move to Barnes Kavelle further expanded his recruitment tool kit and assessment ability delivering a diverse range of assignements in new industries, functions and disciplines and honing his knowledge of business.
Justin has developed a broad view of best practice and how great talent adds value in such diverse sectors as telecoms and IT, heavy engineering, energy, and ultra-efficient lean manufacturing operations, through to niche sectors such as identity security solutions, city-based automated exchange trading, and innovative VC-backed technology start-ups.
As a Director in BK Cornerstone, Justin continues to deliver retained assignments to a loyal client base as well as driving the Interim Executive Management Practice offering.
Justin works nationally as well as internationally, and speaks fluent French and intermediate Italian. He is never happier however than when strolling in the mountains or standing waist-high in a river fishing for trout. Justin supports a number of charities including kiva.

- Head of Service Delivery (IT) and Software Project Director for a £1billion UK conglomeration.
- New Product Introduction Manager, security printing company.
